DFT Forming Details

This Mill adopts full auto  forming mode, all the tools for horizontal roll can be commonly used, there is no need of space manual adjusting for tools axial direction adjustied which by online auto electrical adjusting, the side roll adjusting of four-roll stand is auto electrically adjusting.

In the design process using the changing diameter to fix point of principle, the advantage is reducing the loads from metal to rool and roll-to-roll wear while bending at the thinning phenomenon significantly reduced, especially for large diameter, large wall thickness products.

Forming process is divided into solid and hollow bend: the small side and big side arr all solid curved, abrasion and indentation during the strip forming process , ther design for tooling adopts the method of changing active into passive and increase angle,which comprehensive bending and sizing section is hollow curve, which increase the guide sheet on the upper roll of the bending portion, the purpose is to ensure that deflection of the head and tail of strip does not occur during the forming process, and be able to get proper welding open angle.

(1)Small edge deformation (four pass): the production of different product specifications without dismantling the roll, just auto electric adjustment roll lateral movement along the shaft.

2Large side deformation (five pass): the same as the above small deformation adjustment method, wherein the five rolls becomes passive to avoid line speed difference, the lower roller mounting bearing,.

(3) Integrated bending (hollow curve stage) three pass: are flat roll stand with vertical roll frame combined together,when adjusting the upper and lower roller and side rollers are not replaced. The upper roll and guide piece is combined mode, depending on the width of the product to adjust the distance of the guide sheet. The opening adjust for the side roll is electrically along with the product width.

Extrusion welding consists of three parts: a one set of guide vertical roller, hydraulic horizontal adjustment is used to control seam opening angle and mitigate the rolling force suffered from squeeze side roller to facilitate welding. b squeeze roller, do all the specifications, the upper and lower roll, the side rollers are not required to be replaced; to accommodate different widths of products; up or down adjust of side roller is electric complete.with the product height c weld seam polishing, only do one set of the upper and lower horizontal roll.

 Four-roll sizing and straightening racks are universal racks, during adjusting the production of upper, lower and side roll for all specifications are not be replaced, only need displacement adjusting each roll of all specification.
